Undercover parking (access via Parke St) is available below the Cultural Centre, which also provides elevator access. The Cultural Centre is located on level 1.

By Train

Trains arrive at Katoomba Station every hour, and we are only a short journey from the station on foot or bike via Katoomba St or Parke St. We’re directly alongside the Carrington Hotel (you can’t miss the giant smokestack).

Accessibility

For disability vehicles or small mini buses please contact us on 4780 5410 prior to your visit to have the bollards removed from the College Lane corner. From this location wheelchair ramps and banisters can be used to gain access to be building.
There are accessible parking spaces available within the Cultural Centre building (accessed via Parke Street) underneath Coles Supermarkets. There is also lift access to the Cultural Centre from the two parking levels.

Experience an inspiring and immersive day in Kandos with an exclusive tour of Cementa 26.

Begin at the Kandos Museum with a guided tour featuring works by Cementa artists, followed by a delightful morning tea of fresh scones with jam and cream, proper tea, and barista coffee. Enjoy special behind-the-scenes access with an exclusive artist talk, then head to the Cementa Salon for a relaxed meet-and-greet with the team behind the festival.

Savour a delicious lunch pack from the Cementa Café, complete with sandwiches, cake or slice, and your choice of coffee, tea or juice. After lunch experience Dyagula Waybarra – Song & Dance Cycle with Jo Clancy and Renee Ford. End the afternoon with Kandos Arcana, Kandos-themed Tarot with Anastasia Murney. A perfect blend of art, conversation, and country hospitality, this curated experience offers a unique way to discover the vibrant creative landscape of Cementa 26.

Timeline:

11 am: Meet at Kandos Museum for morning tea
11.40 am: Art tour with Cementa artists
12.30 pm: Meet & Greet with Cementa Staff and collect lunch box
1:00-1:30 pm: Dyagula Waybarra – Song & Dance Cycle with Jo Clancy and Renee Ford
2:00 pm: Silk scarf eco-dyeing workshop (optional)
3:00 pm: Kandos Arcana

Extra info: Ticket price includes a Cementa souvenir. Attendees must arrange their own transport.
