Out Of Bounds

Out of Bounds, featuring Rachel Peachey & Paul Mosig, Heidi Axelsen & Hugo Moline, Hannah Bath, Chris Carmody and Nick McKinlay uses play and field studies as creative research tools to look at how the built environment effects the way we learn, the way we process ideas, the way we relate to each other and the way we impose boundaries on our behaviour. The artists use archetypal children’s play structures as a design reference and local parks as field sites for experimentation. The artists will work with these ideas using photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, video and sound.
A Blue Mountains Cultural Centre Exposé Program exhibition
This project was assisted by the Windmill Trust Scholarship, established by the Windmill Trust in memory of artist Penny Meagher. The program is administered by the National Association for the Visual Arts (NAVA).
