This easy and delicious recipe is a great addition to pancakes, ice cream or even greek yoghurt for a healthier alternative.
1 small-medium banana
Butter for frying
1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
– Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat
– Slice the banana lengthways, into two slices
– Place a teaspoon butter in pan, then place bananas in pan sliced side down
– Dust bananas with brown sugar and fry until golden brown
– Serve either on their own or with your choice of dessert.
