Bush Tomato Hummus
Another delicious creation from the cafe team featuring Australian native ingredients. This bush tomato hummus is perfect for platters for one, zoom parties and snacking on while watching the Olympics at 1am.
1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 x large garlic clove, minced
1 x tablespoon tahini
1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 x tablespoon Bush Tomato Seasoning, Bushtucker Shop brand
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 pieces pita/flat bread
Brush with olive oil, season to taste and bake until golden.
Blend garlic, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil and Bush Tomato seasoning in a blender until incorporated.
Serve with pita bread chips, on its own or tapas style!
