Apple and Cinnamon Bircher Muesli

Apple and Cinnamon bircher muesli

½ cup rolled oats
½ apple of your choice, grated
½ cup yoghurt of your choice
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Water or apple juice (optional)

Method:

-Combine oats, apple, cinnamon and yoghurt into a bowl – mix well. Add a little water or apple juice to the mixture if slightly dry.
-Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
-Serve with fresh apple slices, banana slices or berries.
