Snapshots is a practical pictorial workshop with artist and curator Vivienne Dadour for young people aged 12 – 16 yrs. After a short discussion about the exhibition Resilience in Times of Adversity: Contemporary Responses to WW2 in the Blue Mountains 1939-1950, this workshop will explore the history and workings of the Box Brownie film camera used in WW2, as well as contemporary Instant and point-and-shoot film cameras used by today’s street photographers.
