The Landscape of Heritage: Artist Book Intensive

Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 November

10am – 3pm

Exploring our personal histories helps us delve deeper into how individual identity is constructed. Exhibiting artist Stephen Copland leads this intensive, full weekend workshop, whereby research into your own heritage through objects, memories, photographs and stories, will culminate in the creation of a visually narrated artist’s book. This mapping of history, human traces, patterns and perspectives will encourage students to mediate on the past in order to visually communicate their stories in the present.

$230/$200 Insight Members.  Please bring your own blank visual arts diary.
