Home Grown: A Portrait of the Blue Mountains through Food

A delicious three course dining experience featuring ingredients gathered from within the Blue Mountains and surrounds. This celebration of the high quality produce and food industries of our beloved local area will include bespoke sourdough bread from Katoomba’s Hominy Bakery, fresh organic produce from local initiative Farm it Forward and a selection of chocolate delights from Josephan’s Chocolates, Leura.

Join us for a sunset drink with live music on the viewing platform before the banquet begins. As the culinary delights roll out from the cultural centre kitchen, you’ll hear from a selection of local producers about their work and passion. The evening will finish with an aromatic taste of slow brewed coffee prepared by The Coffee Bean Ninja Dave Clark. A perfect way to celebrate the place you love with the one you love this Valentine’s Day!
