Botanical Art for Beginners with Angela Lober

SATURDAY 6 OCTOBER & SUNDAY 7 OCTOBER, 10AM – 3:30PM
This introductory botanic art course covers the techniques needed to prepare and sketch a botanical subject and build an image using watercolour paint. Artist Angela Lober will guide students through observation and sketching a subject from life to building tonal, realistic images. Through class demonstrations
and one-on-one guidance, exercises will explore general principles in composition, light and shade, and colour mixing.
