Dare to pair! Join Liliana Algorry, Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender, for something out of the ordinary – cheese and tea pairing, a true delight. The pairing of cheese and tea creates a combination that enhances the aromas and flavours of tea and cheese bringing out a new complex third flavour. In this workshop you will experience aromas, flavours and textures of teas from different world regions (Green, Black, Oolongs and Pu-erh), paired with cheeses from Spain, France, Holland and Italy. All Teas are naturally farmed with no fertilisers or pesticides used.
Liliana Algorry, Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender will run the workshop. All teas provided at the workshop/masterclass are premium teas from natural farming.
