Cultural Centre Café Coordinator
(Part-time, 30.5 hours per week)
To carry out and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre Café/restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities include rostering, ordering, budget and stocktake control, adherence to food safety and service regulations, catering coordination and implementing business development initiatives. The Café Coordinator will be the ‘face behind the café/restaurant operations’ and foster a reputation for fine food and coffee, served within a relaxed and professional environment. An understanding of relevant food service legislation, food preparation and liquor licensing is essential. The successful applicant will have proven capacity in coordinating a busy café/restaurant operation. Exceptional people skills are essential together with a passion for high quality, fresh and healthy contemporary food.
The Café Coordinator will be adept at multi-tasking and implementing innovative ideas for business growth and efficiency.
Occasional weekend and after hours work required.
Salary: commencing at $840.49 gross per week.
