Join Jodie Gien for an introduction to mindfulness workshop! This workshop is fun,
interactive and experiential and is full of tips, practical exercises and short practices you
can start to use immediately to help in different areas of your life. You will learn how
to establish an ongoing daily personal practice as well as mindfulness approaches and
practices for the various challenges in life.
Based in neuroscience, the practice of mindfulness is internationally recognised as
an effective way to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, strengthen memory and
concentration, and skilfully handle anxiety, depression, worry and pain. Practicing
mindfulness enhances emotional intelligence, creates greater resilience and empathy,
